We would like to welcome you to our holiday homes and would like to provide you with more information about our prices and cancellation policy, so that you can book your stay with confidence.

Prices:
Our prices are transparent and include all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Please note that certain additional services, such as the towel package or special packages, are optional and will be charged separately. Final cleaning is included in the price, but we do expect the house to be left tidy and broom clean. All prices include VAT.

Cancellation policy:
We understand that there may sometimes be unforeseen circumstances that affect your travel plans. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date: 100% refund of the deposit.
2. Cancellation within 60 days of arrival date: no refund.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance that covers cancellation so that you may be able to reclaim your costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Booking process:
When you submit a booking request, you will receive an overview of the total costs and the cancellation policy. We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date. For bookings made within 30 days before the arrival date, we ask for payment in one go.

We will also send you all information and conditions with your booking request, so that you can read everything at your leisure.
