The landlord will confirm availability and, if agreed, send a reservation confirmation by e-mail containing the most important details, such as the rental period, the total rental amount, and any additional costs. Late payment automatically leads to cancellation of the requested reservation. The remaining rental amount must be paid no later than 30 days before the planned arrival date. For reservations made within 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount must be paid for confirmation within the advance payment period.

Additional costs include surcharge for a second person, tourist tax and final cleaning costs. By making a final reservation through an initial payment from the tenant and confirmation from the landlord, an agreement has been entered into with a payment obligation.

Cancellations must be reported in writing (via e-mail or letter). If you cancel within 48 hours of the booking date, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount. If you cancel up to 60 days before the planned arrival date, the cancellation costs are 30% of the amount due. rental amount. If you cancel between 60 days and 30 days before the planned arrival date, the cancellation costs are 60% of the rental amount due. If you cancel 30 days or less before the planned arrival date, the cancellation costs are 90% of the rental amount due.

In case of cancellation one day before, or during the first day of stay, or later than the planned arrival date, the tenant is not entitled to a refund of the rental amount. We recommend that you take out travel insurance that covers cancellations for unforeseen circumstances.
