Casa Lilu is tastefully decorated and offers space for 6 people: three bedrooms (2 with terrace), two bathrooms, lounge and dining room, a comfortable kitchen with a dishwasher, bread maker, oven and 5-burner gas stove.

In addition, there is also a washing machine, BBQ, TV (TV Vlaanderen), WIFI, private parking.
Outside you can enjoy a cozy portico with a view of the private swimming pool.
There are sun beds by the pool for sunbathing, but there are also plenty of places in the shade.

We are Carole and Patrick, two fervent Italy enthusiasts and since a few years the proud owners of "Casa Lilu". We are in love with the region because of the breathtaking beauty of nature, the delicious Italian cuisine and the unparalleled hospitality of the pietralunghesi.

Explanation of prices

At the signing, a booking amount of 250 euros will be paid as a deposit and this will be refunded after the holiday, less the cleaning costs for the house and swimming pool (100 euros).
When booking more than 1 week, the cleaning costs only have to be paid once (final cleaning). The house and pool are then cleaned weekly at the owner's expense.

Pietralunga is a cozy medieval village, located 1 km away from the holiday home. In the center you will find a few supermarkets, artisan bakeries, a pharmacy, an outpatient clinic, fantastic cheap restaurants and cafes, a fitness, ..... There is a cozy atmosphere throughout the year with a few toppers such as the Palio della Mannaja (2nd week of August), ill Mercato del Tartufo and festa della Patata Bianca (October). Pietralunga is a stone's throw from the beautiful medieval towns such as Gubbio (20 min), Città di Castello (20 min), Umbertide (20 min), Montone (15 min), Perugia (40 min), Assisi (50 min). Furthermore, you are in an hour on the Adriatic coast, Lake Trasimeno, Arezzo (Tuscany); Florence (2:15); Siena (2:15); Rome (2.30 am).

Prachtige fiets-en wandelroutes.
Voor de wandelaars: begeleide wandeltochten + degustatie met een ervaren gids: 2, 5 of 8 km).
Voor de fietsers en mountainbikers: bossen op 300 m afstand. Reservatie van een mountainbike is mogelijk.
De Monte Nerone, Monte Catria en Monte Petrano (ongeveer 1500 m hoogte) met een gemiddeld stijgingspercentage van 9% over een afstand van ongeveer 10 km zijn een lust voor de geoefende klimmer.

Umbrië is de truffelstreek bij uitstek. In het dorp zijn er 2 grote bedrijven die zich bezighouden met de verwerking van de truffels.

Kookshop verse pasta maken op traditionele wijze.

De demonstratie vindt plaats in het productielaboratorium van de boerderij. De gasten zijn niet alleen toeschouwers, maar echte "deelnemers"; ze worden in de workshop verwelkomd door Silvana (die Engels spreekt) en Mariella (die de internationale taal van de gebaren spreekt). Met het dragen van de schort (de typische schort) maken ze kennis met de verschillende graansoorten die lokaal worden gebruikt voor de productie van pasta: tarwe, spelt, gerst en haver.
Op het einde van de workshop krijgen de gasten een drink aangeboden en ontvangen ze een certificaat + een boek met lokale traditionele recepten.
Nadien volgt er een diner met typische lokale gerechten (ook de vers gemaakte pasta!)
