Our beautiful villa Casa Montemerlino is divided into a 2p studio (Espresso) plus two easy to connect apartments (Lungo 4p and Cappuccino 2+2p). Espresso is not spacious but everything is there including dishwasher. Lungo is the very spacious 4-person apartment with two bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet, loft, spacious 5-meter high living room with large luxury kitchen, sitting area with fireplace, large dining room table for 10 people.
Cappuccino is the luxurious 2-4 person apartment with walled rose garden and romantic freestanding bath in the bedroom, spacious living room with open kitchen, sitting area and (bed) sofa.
Each apartment has its own terrace and its own barbecue. There is a Pizza oven and the fantastic infinity pool located on site. There is a private EV charging station in the parking lot. There is Starlink internet and TV via Chromecast..
For the high season we prefer bookings from Saturday to Saturday
So you can rent the entire house or each apartment separately. 30 minutes from Perugia airport; easily accessible with Transavia from Rotterdam Airport
