This SPACIOUS and LIGHT house is located on the first floor of the main building and has a huge living room, a large bedroom with four-poster bed (and a view over the hills from the bed) and a very spacious bathroom. Adjacent to the living room there is a large covered private loggia where you can relax at all times of the day and in all weather conditions. This loggia offers a wide 180 ° view over Tuscany from S. Gimignano to Livorno. Several guests have told us that La Loggia really gives a honeymoon suite feeling.
The accommodation originally had an external staircase against the facade to enter through the loggia, but to allow all our guests to enjoy their privacy, a private entrance has been created through the rear of the house and the external staircase is closed. In our yard there is a large Pizza wood oven and BBQ that can be used with pleasure. We are happy to give tips about events in the area such as village festivals and exhibitions, for nature lovers there are plenty of walking opportunities on the beautiful Montalbano ridge.
