You reach the villa through the beautiful wrought iron gate via a lovely, well-kept garden with entrance square.
From here you reach the entrance of the house via a staircase (five steps) or via the covered parking space that can accommodate up to six cars with direct access to the villa.

The villa is spread over three floors above ground. On the ground floor we find a large entrance with fireplace that opens onto the dining area with even more dining tables, a practical office ideal for smart working, a kitchen with utility room, as well as a reading room with library, a TV room and utility room. Rooms. A staircase of 17 steps leads to the first floor. The night floor consists of five bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms with showers (three bathrooms have no window), and they consist of three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, two of which can be connected.
On the lower level, reached by an internal staircase from the ground floor, there are four bedrooms (closed when booking this version of the house). Always on this floor there is a SMART TV room, a small reading room with access to the outside, a soft gym, ideal for sporty people. The first floor and the lower floor are equipped with independent underfloor heating system and heating, and WI-FI connection.
