Our beautiful palace on the mountain with a beautiful view over the valley and Imperia city and to the sea.

You will not find an impersonal and dated holiday bungalow here, but a cozy and tastefully decorated house where you immediately feel comfortable and relaxed. We (Imca and Timo) also stay here 8 weeks a year.

The holiday home consists of 1 floor. A large open kitchen, connected to the living room with fireplace. bedroom with private bathroom. The house is equipped with all amenities. The house has a fast internet connection, so you can watch TV via the dongle. This way you have all the channels you could wish for at your disposal.

There are 1 large bedroom with a double bed, 1 large bedroom with a double and a single bed and a large bedroom with a double bed and a child's bed. There is also a storage room for garden supplies and a technical room.

There are currently 7 sleeping places for adults and 1 sleeping place for a baby. Due to the atmosphere and layout, the house is also very suitable for 2 people, for example. The house is rented by you alone. The holiday home is also very personally decorated.

Enjoy a swim in the lovely swimming pool with a view over the valley.

Our dogs Truffel and Mr. Janssen also go on holiday and have a lovely enclosed garden. So, if you want to bring your pets to casa Perlei, that's no problem. They can run and sunbathe in the garden,

The house is located in an authentic olive grove of approximately 1200 m2. The garden is enclosed and the parking lot is closed by an electric fence and offers space for several cars.

We are very proud of the house and the location and it is our wish that many people will soon feel at home there and can enjoy it.

We are Imca and Timo and in May 2023 we became the happy owners of our beautiful house in the mountains of Montegrazie, Imperia in the Riviera of Flowers. In peace and quiet among the olive groves just outside the picturesque village of Montegrazie. Montegrazie is located 7 km from Imperia and the sea.

Explanation of prices

Prices are exclusive of bed and bath linen and final cleaning. The costs for electricity will be charged afterwards.

We do not charge extra for pets. However, the final cleaning is slightly more expensive because the cleaning lady takes longer.

If you wish to cancel the booking for any reason, you must always confirm this to us by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to us by telephone, for example). We charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation you:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If you only inform us on the start date or during the rental period that you will no longer use the rented property, you will still owe the full rental price.
