Our cozy chalet is located in a friendly and quiet street at Camping International. Equipped with all amenities including air conditioning, 2 bicycles and a stone BBQ. Porlezza is located in the Lake District (Lombardy), this area is known for its beautiful lakes, mountains, and picturesque villages. Thanks to the pleasant climate, you can enjoy the beautiful weather from early spring until October.

It is a 5-person wooden CHALET equipped with:

Our chalet is located about 100 meters from Lake Lugano. So you can walk from your house to the lake where you can swim or practice water sports.

CAMPING INTERNATIONAL is a real Italian family campsite with a playground, trampolines, a football field, a harbor for your boat, an outdoor swimming pool with slides, a shop and a restaurant where delicious pizzas are made (to be eaten on site or, for example, on the veranda of the chalet).

SURROUNDINGS/EXCURSIONS
There are several beautiful walking and cycling routes in the immediate area, taking you past waterfalls, authentic Italian villages and mountain huts. The cities of Como, Lugano and Menaggio are less than half an hour's drive from the campsite. A day trip to Milan (90 km) is also possible.

Hello, we are a family with 3 children. After having been to Porlezza and camping Internationale many times, we had the opportunity to own a chalet ourselves in 2024. We would like to open it up to others to enjoy this beautiful area with many sights. Come and enjoy the delicious Metzo metro at the campsite and delicious Italian ice cream at the campsite or on the boulevard. Cycle with the bicycles that come with the chalet to the boulevard or the piano lake

Explanation of prices

The price is for a maximum of 5 people staying in the chalet.

Not included:
- Tourist tax (1 euro pppd)
- Final cleaning (69 euros)
- Pets (30 euros for extra cleaning costs)

Cancellation condition:
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 2 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 60th and the 40th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 39th and the 20th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 20 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
