The villa is suitable for 4 people and a baby. But if you come with 5 people the sofa in the living room can turn into a single bed. An extra 10 euros per day will be charged for this 5th person.
Inside
The villa has a cozy living room with a big sofa, satellite TV, WiFi, dinner table and a well-equipped kitchen. From the living room you can step straight onto the sunny terrace. On the first floor are the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. From the balcony you have beautiful views of the sea and the nearby villages. All areas are air-conditioned. There is also a cot, high chair, children's toys and books available.
Outside
All your senses will awaken by the pure natural beauty of this villa. The garden has fruit trees and a vegetable garden. You may pick fruit and vegetables for your own use. The swimming pool has a separate children's section and hydromassage. There is an outdoor shower and a small garden with comfortable sunbeds. The hot water in the villa is supplied by solar panels.A spacious pergola provides shade on the terrace so you can enjoy a sunset dinner with family and friends. You can use the BBQ to prepare delicious meals alone or with the help of your own chef.
If you visit us from the end of August to September 15, you will have the opportunity to see for yourself how the local wine is made. From September 25 to November you can see how we make strong traditional raki in our distillery.
Activities
From the villa you can explore the area. On foot or by car. In Roumeli you find a little supermarket, a taverna and a kafenion. The beach is less than a 10-minute drive and the beautiful city of Rethymno (21 km) is also worth a visit with its old, cozy city center, narrow streets, nice shops, pleasant boulevard and many restaurants. Not far from Roumeli is the Arkadi monastery and the pottery village of Margarites. In the south on the road from Rethymno to Plakias you pass the Kourtaliotiko gorge. One of the most famous gorges in Crete that you can drive through. Down in the gorge are the waterfalls. Once through the gorge, beautiful views, authentic villages and beautiful beaches.
