Our cozy house is located almost directly on the sea, just a two-minute walk to de la Gaillarde beach.

a kitchen with a fridge/freezer combination, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Cooking and eating utensils are available. From the dining table you have a wonderful view of the sea. Here too there is air conditioning.
Right next door is the living room with a very comfortable couch and a television.

Explanation of prices

If the guest wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, they must always confirm this to the host by email (even if they have already communicated this to the host, for example by telephone). Depending on the date of the written cancellation by the guest, the Host the following amounts:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and 60th days before the start of the rental: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the guest only informs the host at the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer be using the rental property, he remains liable to pay the full rental price.
