In the south of France you mainly sit outside. This is probably where you spend the most time. House "Kathrin" has a beautiful terrace - partly sun, partly shade - with large table, comfortable chairs and Weber barbecue. Next you will find the terrace with four sun loungers around the pool.

Inside you will find a spacious living room on the ground floor with a sitting area with a spacious sofa and two comfortable armchairs. There you can also watch TV or a streaming service via fiber optic internet.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction hob and dishwasher. There is a lot of kitchen utensils, so you can enjoy baking and cooking during the holidays.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms with sturdy beds with good mattresses, both for two people. There is also a spacious and bright extra room, for example to work or read quietly. From there you can also retreat to the sunny balcony.

There is a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

There is room for one car on the property, and you can park even more cars on the street (almost at the end of a dead-end street).

Villa 'Kathrin' is just over five minutes from the beach, bakery and supermarket.
