Located at the gates of the medieval town of Sarlat (2.5 km), in a quiet and beautiful area, close to all amenities (restaurants, bakery, butcher less than 1 km), hypermarket less than 5 km. The main tourist sites are less than 20 minutes away. For example, the castles of Castelnaud, Milandes, Beynac, or even Roque Gageac... But also important prehistoric caves such as the caves of LASCAUX, Prehistoparc....

As for leisure activities, a long, beautiful bike path with a length of about 30 km is less than 10 minutes from the house, riding stables, tennis court and golf course are less than 15 minutes away, fishing pond less than 1 km. All the assets are there to spend a very pleasant holiday.
