Nice and spacious gite apartment centrally located in the Dordogne. You reach Le Ciel via a private entrance. A spacious gite apartment of 50 m2 for four people on the first floor of the main house. This holiday home has a spacious living room with dining area, sitting area and TV, a separate kitchen with hob, refrigerator and combination microwave and two bedrooms with luxurious box-spring beds of 160x200 and 2x 70x200. The bathroom has a shower and a washbasin, the toilet is separate. From the living room you enter the large balcony terrace with a great view.
There is a shared large garden with a pleasant swimming pool of 10x5 with sun beds and parasols. You can also use the communal washing machine for a small fee.
Within walking distance is the beautiful village of Sainte-Alvere with restaurants, a shop, pharmacy, care post, several terraces and two bakeries

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

Excluding tourist tax in accordance with local rates. This must be paid for on site.

Possibly a pet only AFTER consultation. Pets may not cause any nuisance to other guests, must always be on a leash and are not allowed in or near the swimming pool or in the garden near the pool.
