Le Bois Senis is a beautifully landscaped holiday park with approximately 90 villas, each with a spacious garden.
The park has a swimming pool, children's pool, playground and jeu de boules courts. The park is car-free, children can play safely here.

The villa is spacious and comfortably furnished and has good WiFi and Canal Digital on a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a washing machine.
The two bedrooms have box-spring beds, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate second bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the spacious covered terrace with BBQ you can enjoy both the sun and the shade at any time of the day.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
