Well-appointed villa with private heated pool. Spacious and tastefully decorated living room with air conditioning and open kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave with oven function. There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 double bedroom on the first floor available. The ground floor also has a spacious bathroom with sink, bath and toilet. The villa also has WiFi. The beds are made upon arrival. Bedrooms have air conditioning. Pets are not allowed in this villa.

Outside: From the villa you can walk straight into your garden where you can enjoy the outdoors under the covered terrace. There is a large tree on the lawn that provides some extra shade in the warm summer months. There are several sun loungers around the heated private swimming pool (7.5 x 3.5 m) to enjoy the French sun. The swimming pool can be covered in the cooler months so that the water maintains a better temperature. You can park 3 cars under the carport. There is also a charging station to charge your electric car and this is completely free during sunny hours (during the day). The swimming pool is closed in winter (November - March).
