Beautiful, spacious villa for 10 people, located on the edge of the holiday park Les Rives de l'Ardeche near the picturesque village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc in the Ardèche. Guests of this villa can use the communal outdoor swimming pool free of charge. The villa also has a private swimming pool (heatable) in the garden.

Please note: this villa will be completely renovated this spring. Inside, air conditioning is installed in the living room and in 4 bedrooms and new crockery and kitchen utensils are purchased. Outside, the terrace will be rebuilt, painted, solar panels installed, the pool deck replaced and the pool can be heated from next season (for an additional fee). New photos will follow after the renovation!

Accommodation: 10 people, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Spacious living room with sofas and armchairs, television with Dutch channels. Large dining area with ten chairs, open kitchen with all modern conveniences and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. You can walk straight onto the covered terrace through the sliding doors in the living room. Two bedrooms for two people are located on the ground floor. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The beds are made upon arrival. Air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.

First floor : three bedrooms for two people and bathroom with bath, shower (in bath) and separate toilet. The upstairs bedrooms have mosquito screens.

Outside: beautiful views over the surrounding vineyards and hills, this villa is located on the edge of the park. Mature garden with private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers to enjoy the sun. The private swimming pool is open from April to October. If you would like to retreat to the shade, you can also do so on the covered terrace.

No pets are allowed in this villa!
