The house is located at the front of the plot, on a dead end road, has privacy and a tropical garden.
The location is central between Jan Thiel beach (5 minutes by car) and Mambo Beach (10 minutes by car). There are several supermarkets, diving school and restaurants in the area.
There is access to the salt pans for walking or cycling.
The house has a practical layout. By opening the harmonica doors, the kitchen/sitting room becomes one with the porch. From here you can reach the bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and a dining table.
Under the porch there is a seat with 4 chairs, which is nice in the wind.
The swimming pool with fixed stairs and sitting edge has sun beds and a parasol. There is also a large table here for eating and having drinks in the evening by the illuminated swimming pool.
The plot is equipped with a remote-controlled gate.
WiFi is available throughout the site.
