Our retro house has been completely renovated and decorated in a vintage 70s style.

Right next to a playground, the bungalow is ideal for a family with children and lovers of nature, design and tranquility to relax and chill!

You can completely relax here in an oasis of greenery and tranquility in an exclusive setting!

The bungalow is located at an intersection of walking and cycling paths so you can cycle and walk to your heart's content.

In addition, the region is full of tourist attractions such as Dinant and its citadel, the castle of Frey, the descent of the Lesse by kayak and the charming village of Waulsort to name just a few.

Upon your arrival, we will provide you with an extensive welcome guide with all the tips and sights of the region as well as a number of addresses where you can enjoy a delicious meal! These are all places that we have tested ourselves and heartily recommend. So you can rest assured!

Last but not least: Givet, a beautiful French town, is only 20 minutes away by car. So if you want to plan a short trip to France, this is the perfect place!

The cottage was completely renovated in 2023 and furnished with authentic deco furniture from the 1970s.

Explanation of prices

Prices

All prices are per night for 2 people. All prices include taxes and duties of all kinds. A surcharge of €15 will be charged per additional person. A surcharge of €10 will be charged for each additional child.

The prices do not include cleaning and deposit. The cleaning costs are €55 per stay. The cost of the deposit is €250 per stay.

When booking, a deposit of 50% of the total costs for the stay will be requested (including final cleaning costs).

Cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this.
A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
If the tenant cancels for any reason, the final cleaning costs will always be refunded unless he has used the rented property.
