Chalet Stuhlfelden

Our authentic Austrian chalet is located in Pirtendorf (municipality of Stuhlfelden) at an altitude of 860 meters. The detached chalet is located on the mountain and has a beautiful unobstructed view over the valley and the Hohe Tauern. It is in a very quiet location, almost at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the middle of the grasslands, with only one house next to you.

The house is located in the middle of the ski areas of Zell am See/Kaprun/Saalbach-Hinterglem and Kitzbuhel, which can be reached in 13-20 minutes. In the winter you can enjoy fantastic skiing, hiking, cross-country skiing, etc. In the summer you can enjoy excellent cycling or mountain biking, hiking, climbing, golfing (Mittersill and Zell am See), archery and much more.

With a total living space of 270m2, spread over 3 floors, you can enjoy relaxing with several families, children or friends and be together in beautiful surroundings.
The chalet is very spacious and comfortably furnished, for a maximum of 12 people.
There is free WiFi (200Mbps) in the house.

Layout
Ground floor
The ground floor is spacious with a large hall, modern kitchen with appliances, dining room with Austrian dining area, spacious living room with large smart TV, and a spacious 2-person room with private bathroom. From the living room you have access to the spacious south-facing garden with a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. There is also a terrace on the side where you can enjoy the sun in the evening and the beautiful view of Stuhlfelden and Mittersill.

First floor
Via a wide staircase and hall you enter the first floor with 2 spacious 2-person rooms with bathroom en-suite including toilet, a spacious 4-person room with 2 single beds and a bunk bed, with en-suite bathroom including toilet. There is also a double room with a bunk bed and a washbasin. The first floor is surrounded by a large south and west-facing balcony with seating. 3 bedrooms open onto the balcony.

Basement
In the basement you will find a sitting area in the hall with smart TV and a playstation 4 including games. In the wellness area there is a spacious sauna that is at your disposal. There is a large billiard table that you will enjoy. There is also a large shower room with 2 showers, a sitting area and a bluetooth sound system. You will also find an authentically furnished wine cellar where you can enjoy each other's company.
You will also find a separate laundry room where you can use a washing machine (including detergent), dryer and ironing board.
In the basement are a ski boot dryer and a drying cabinet for wet gloves etc.

There is a garage where you can hang up the skis. All garden furniture is also there.
In the driveway there is enough space for parking several cars (max 4).

Surroundings
From the chalet and from the sunny terraces and balconies you have a beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the village of Stuhlfelden.

There are 4 ski areas in the immediate vicinity: 2 large ones, Zell am See/Kaprun/Saalbach-Hinterglemm (20 min. drive via the Areitexpress) and Kitzbuhl (13 min. to the Kitzbuhl Panoramabahn in Hollersbach), and 2 smaller ones: Weissee ( 30 min drive) and Neukirchen.

Stuhlfelden itself is a beautiful village known as the oldest archery village in Europe. Here you can take archery courses for beginners and advanced in the beautiful in-door and out-door facilities available. There is also a beautiful old church, probably the oldest in the region.
