The rental price is the amount for the use of the holiday home, including use of the fixed inventory and including electricity, water, Wi-Fi and professional swimming pool service (twice a week).

Cancellation :
If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. Public transport is available, buses go to the city center and to the Low and High Rise hotels. The bus stop is about a 15 minute walk away. It is more convenient to rent a car. This gives more freedom. There are plenty of car rental companies on the island. Activities and places of interest Aruba has many places of interest to visit. There is the 'natural pool', various rock formations and the Alto Vista church. The neighborhood is very child-friendly with a nice playground within 5 minutes walking distance.

You can jog or take a walk nearby.

Aruba has very beautiful places where you can take nature walks. Advice is to do it either early in the morning or late in the afternoon. It's definitely worth it!
