This cozy apartment has two spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with hot water. Both bedrooms have a comfortable emma mattress. The second bathroom is located in the hallway next to the second bedroom. This apartment also has a very spacious living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen.

There is a luxury gas stove with gas oven. The kitchen also has a refrigerator with cold water tap. There is also a microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker and nice pans, crockery and cutlery. Coffee/tea, sugar and kitchen herbs are also always available. The living room has no air conditioning but is built "on the wind", so there is always a nice breeze through the living/dining room when the doors are open. There is a front and rear terrace.

The rear terrace overlooks our swimming pool and beautiful garden with rock formation with real Indian drawings, a beautiful piece of history.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
