Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.

 If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 2 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 1 week 50% and from one week up to the start date of the rental period 60%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
