Holiday home in Spain – villa Villa Morera

Here you see the front of the house. These doors can be opened and there is a covered conservatory measuring 4 by 5. Delicious dining with a beautiful view of the palm tree or the spacious driveway. Hoopoe birds flying around, squirrels and owls, everything can be seen here.

Comfortable seating area. Thanks satellite connection has received Dutch TV channels. WIFI is of course possible in the villa!

The beautiful pool is located directly in front of the Villa and is very private, not overlooked by neighbors.

The terrain is completely fenced and has a gate.

The covered porch has a gate to the pool with a view to child safety.

The terrain is quite spacious. At the back of the villa is a separate laundry room with washing machine. There is also a clothesline.

The porch has an extendable dining table. On the left you will see the entrance.

The views to the coast are extensive and impressive. The fence that you see to the security deposited with gauze.

In the background you see the village of Comares. You can also hook. to walk in about 25 minutes (uphill).

On the side of the Villa is an outdoor shower and a shaded area.

The porch is on the left side a glass sliding door to stop the wind if it blows.

The lounge has comfortable sofas. The fireplace has a heat fan and a nice extra: A heat through to the master bedroom, great for the winter.

The third bedroom can accommodate four people.

Here is the second bedroom. The permanent cradle can also be placed in the master bedroom as you like.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped.

Here you can cook delicious, there is also a dining area in the living room.

This is the en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom.

On the left side you can see the front door, this gives direct acces to the porch.

In the back of the living room is an extendable dining table with chairs.

Comares is a gem of a "pueblo blanco" is majestically situated with excellent panoramic views to the Costa del Sol. Truly a wonderful discovery and away from mass tourism. One and all geniality!

Gezien vanaf het dakterras richting het oosten. Het dak wat u tussen de bomen ziet is van Villa Luna (ook te huur!) Op voldoende afstand gelegen dus volledige privacy. Ook Villa Amarilla ligt op loopafstand.

Foto genomen vanaf het dakterras richting het westen. Aan het einde van het weggetje (volledig uit het zicht, dus ook volledige privacy) ligt Villa Amarilla. Ook hier te huur! Handig voor bijv. 2 of 3 families die samen maar toch apart op vakantie willen.
