The house, with 'La Maroma' behind. 'La Maroma' is the highest peak in Malaga, with its 2,069 metres of altitude.

The villa, situated on the ground floor, follows the typical typology of ancient farmhouses in the area, known as 'cortijos'. It features a single-floor layout, ensuring convenient accessibility without any stairs.

There is plenty of outdoor furniture available

The property being South-faced, it gets sun all day long.

Spacious and stylish, this is a genuine piece of paradise tucked away in the Andalusian hills.

While not professing to be of high luxury, the ambience is comfortable, light and airy, and the property has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The house was built in rustic style. It evoques the olden days.

Entry to the house is into the open-plan double-height ceiling living/dining room with fireplace, That TV has been replaced recently by a 42 Flat Screen (with T.V. SAT) and DVD player with USB reader. There is also available a radio with CD player and USB reader.

Inside, all is spacious, comfy and cool. It's an attractive home which offers charm as well as excellent facilities

There is a large fireplace/wood burning stove (with heat circulation system) and also an A/C unit, making this an ideal choice at any time of the year.

The house is built in the traditional Andalusian style with high ceilings and amazing wooden beams giving a grand feeling of space.

The ceiling is over 6 meters high at the upper part of the living room.

The kitchen is separated by an American style breakfast bar with 3 high stools.

The kitchen is well equipped for the keen cook, with ceramic hob (4 rings), electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, kettle, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery....

The kitchen has its own door to the terrace

The bathroom is decorated in rustic style, as well as the rest of the property.

The master bedroom, has a built-in wardrobe and an air conditioning unit.

The single bedroom (with two windows) is very airy, too and displays its own AC single unit as well.

Even not being a expert hiker, you can make some routes on foot from the villa itself.

These photos have been taken just a short walk away from the villa, inside the Natural Park itself.

Comares is a pearl of a pueblo blanco, situated majestically with panoramic views to the Costa del Sol. Truly a discovery and wonderfully away from mass tourism. All geniality!
