A withdrawal from the rental contract is possible under the following conditions. The deposit of 50% of the rent is due in any case. If the cancellation period is less than 61 days, or if the arrival does not take place, the full rental price is due. The tenant is allowed to propose a replacement tenant, who must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The replacement tenant accepts the contract under the existing conditions, tenant and replacement tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The receipt of the notification by the agent or the booking office is decisive for the calculation of the cancellation fee, for (Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) the next working day applies. In the event of non-arrival or early termination of the rental period, the entire invoice amount remains due. If a new tenant is found, the repayment will only take place if the new tenant has made an equivalent payment.
