The deposit is 50% of the rental amount and is to be paid directly after you have received the booking confirmation. The balance is to be paid 60 days before the start of the rental.
A withdrawal from the rental contract is possible under the following conditions. The deposit of 50% of the rent is due in any case. If the cancellation period is less than 61 days, or if the arrival does not take place, the full rental price is due. The tenant is allowed to propose a replacement tenant, who must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The replacement tenant accepts the contract under the existing conditions, tenant and replacement tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The receipt of the notification by the agent or the booking office is decisive for the calculation of the cancellation fee, for (Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) the next working day applies. In the event of non-arrival or early termination of the rental period, the entire invoice amount remains due. If a new tenant is found, the repayment will only take place if the new tenant has made an equivalent payment. Each cancellation or rebooking is always charged with CHF. 100.—Charged for processing In the event of early withdrawal from the rental agreement, the apartment will be released for new rental. If the property is rented again and the new tenant has made his full payments, the amount paid will be refunded minus the processing fees. There will be no refund for early departure.
