Rofix Apartment

Rofix apartment has six bedrooms, four of which use two shared bathrooms and toilets. The two master bedrooms have their own shower with hot/cold water and toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned. Spacious living room, kitchen and dining table. A maximum of 12 people can stay there.

Furthermore, the site at the back has 3 studio apartments. These studios are also complete with a double bed, a small kitchen, a bathroom with hot/cold shower and toilet.
Bath and linen are provided, as well as WiFi, TV, etc. Everything for a pleasant stay. Smoking in the house is not allowed.

There is a common room with a washing machine, which is shared with the three other studios.

In the rear area there is opportunity for a cozy seat, a party or cooling off in an above-ground swimming pool.
The complex is also protected by a fence/gate, which is always closed.

There are 2 professional managers who do not live on site but are always available if you need them. In any case, one of the two is always present when you arrive and depart.

The area is safe and quiet. The area where this apartment is located, Rainville, is known as an upper middle class neighborhood in the north of Paramaribo.


You will stay within walking distance of various dining options. Various facilities such as supermarkets, gyms, schools, bus transport, malls and the well-known Torarica Hotel and Marriot Hotel are all a short distance away. The entertainment center, Fort Zeelandia, the historic city center and Palmentuin are a 5-minute drive from your accommodation.
