This apartment is located on a yard where there are 2 other apartments. Each apartment has its own entrance and privacy. This apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe and is equipped with air conditioning. The shower with hot and cold water and the toilet are separate and connected to the bedroom.
The windows and door are fitted with thief iron. The kitchen / living room is very spacious.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
Around the apartment there is a large garden with a large mango tree that bears delicious mangoes (teté manjas). Who knows, you might one day be lucky enough to taste them.
There are 2 professional managers who do not live on the property but are always available if you need them. In any case, there is always 1 of the 2 present at your arrival and departure.
The yard is raked 3 times a week and 2 times a month a gardener ensures that the verge is neatly mowed.
From 6 p.m., the area has placed additional neighborhood security from Brotherhood Security and its cameras around the entire site. The area where this apartment is located, Mon Plaisir, is known as an above-average, quiet neighborhood in the north of Paramaribo.
