Modern villa in Commewijne with a lovely swimming pool for young and old. Located in a guarded park, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Paramaribo, this 3-bedroom villa is the perfect place to enjoy beautiful Commewijne with the family. The space: The villa is located in the gated Palm Grove park where there is lots of greenery. and space is around the villa. The villa itself is surrounded by a wall for maximum privacy. There is room for 3 cars. The swimming pool is about 6 by 4 meters and next to it you can enjoy the shade under the beautiful wooden cabana. The house itself is comfortable with a spacious living room, 1 master bedroom (bed 160cm wide) with ensuite bathroom and 2 smaller bedrooms (beds are 140cm and 120cm wide). In addition, there is a separate bathroom and kitchen, which overlooks the pool.

Guest access: Guests have access to the entire villa, pool and garden. Other things to note, Fort Nieuw Amsterdam is a 5-minute drive from the villa. Plantation Peperpot is a 10-minute drive away and the crossing for Plantage Frederiksdorp can also be reached within a 10-minute drive. And within a 30-minute drive you are in the center of Paramaribo, if you want to visit the hustle and bustle or variety of shops.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the contact person by telephone). The landlord will charge the following amounts: , depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
