Can Suau Dalt is part of the large Finca Can Suau. This is an old family estate since 1752. In 2013, the dilapidated part was lovingly restored in the original style with modern comfort. The infinity pool is located a little higher on its own mountain and offers a beautiful view. From the top of the mountain, accessible via a natural stone path, Menorca can be seen in good weather.
Dalt has a living room with a very high ceiling, an empore to the roof terrace and a bedroom. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms and the fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom have its own bathroom. There is a fireplace in the living room. Outside on the thatched porch it is wonderful to sit in the evening with a glass of wine at the BBQ.
Dalt is easily accessible not far from the Pollenca<>Port de Pollenca road.
The beach is at 2.5 Km. The beautiful town of Pollenca at 4 Km.
Dalt is ideal for family holidays but also for cycling holidays. The drive to Cap de Formentor is a must.
