The Beach House (new listing)

General price conditions
- The house is available for a maximum of 4 people.
- Mandatory final cleaning at the end of the rental period (surcharge € 120)

Payment terms
Upon confirmation, 25% of the rental amount must be transferred to the bank account stated on the confirmation. The reservation is complete after receipt of the deposit.
The remainder of the rent must be paid 8 weeks before departure. If payment of the final installment is not made on time, the agreement will lapse automatically and without any right to a refund.

Cancellation
If the renter cancels the trip, the following costs will be charged:
1. Cancellation up to 8 weeks before departure: 25% of the rental price;
2. Cancellation up to 4 weeks before departure: 75% of the rental price;
3. Cancellation until the day of departure: 90% of the rental price;
4. Cancellation on or after day of arrival: full rental amount

Arrival and departure
The bungalow is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If the bungalow is not rented before or after your rental period, the times mentioned can be postponed in consultation with the manager.

Breakage and damage
You must report any damage to the home or inventory. This way, the damage can be repaired as quickly as possible. Damage due to normal wear and tear on machines is our responsibility. Other (breakage) damage is borne by tenants. After the rental period, our manager will carry out a complete check and report to us where necessary.
