The apartment is on the ground floor and has a small garden with 2 sunbeds and of course a dining table with chairs to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and you will also find a washing machine and dryer.
The decor is modern and light and gives the feeling of holiday.
The beds are of excellent quality. You also have access to an underground parking space, from where you can take the elevator to the house.

After receipt of the deposit from HolidayAndaluz, the reservation is definitively confirmed and the rental agreement is concluded. If the tenant cancels after this confirmation, 10% of the total sum will therefore be due.
If the tenant cancels within 2 months before the arrival date, he or she will owe a compensation of 50% of the net rental sum (excl. costs and deposit) with a minimum of 120 euros; If cancellation is made within 6 weeks before the arrival date, this compensation amounts to the total of the net rental sum.
