The complex has two swimming pools and a very nice garden. Supermarket within walking distance.
The penthouse is very centrally located within walking distance of the village of San Pedro and various restaurants.

As for many it was a dream to own a place in a southern country. This I achieved and have come into the possession of a fabulous penthouse in southern of Spain in San Pedro, Marbella. I myself am an entrepreneur and try to free up as much time as possible to enjoy in this great country and this beautiful place.

'Dine al fresco' does not only mean delicious outdoor dining. It also means enjoying life in good company.
Salon, kitchen and hall are open with lots of light.
The en-suite bathroom that belongs to the master bedroom. I have reused the floor tiles from the old finca to give them a special 'touch'. I hope you like it.
Sleep like a baby and wake up in a dream...
For the colder winter evenings there is a cozy wood stove. Firewood can be delivered to your home.
All the windows have shutters.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped.
Cooking with a view of the beautiful surroundings. That's not a punishment.
