Our luxurious and modern ground floor apartment with garden is located on the sunny Costa del Sol, 45 minutes from Malaga Airport. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen with all necessary kitchen appliances. The living room is spacious with an extendable dining table with 4 chairs. The sofa, ottoman and swivel chair are next to a large 55-inch television on which you can receive all channels and use Netflix. In the hall there is a wardrobe with built-in safe, a space for the heat pump and washer/dryer combination, the bedrooms and bathrooms. The bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes, luxurious beds and a dressing table/desk with chair and internet connection. The garden has sun all day, and the covered terrace (with shade) has a large dining table, sun beds and a lounge corner. The apartment is fully secured with shutters, alarm and extra locks on the sliding doors in the living room. The apartment is part of a 24/7 secured low-rise complex that includes (free) use of a large outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool, steam bath, sauna and fitness room. The distance to the beach is 5 minutes by car (due to the height difference, walking there will result in a steep climb back and not a real option), to the bustling city of Marbella fifteen minutes and 10 minutes to the center of Estepona. There is a private parking garage under the apartment complex where we have 1 parking space. There is a lift to the front door so that heavy groceries or golf bags do not have to be lifted. Because it is our 2nd home and is furnished to a high standard, we only rent it to people who we assume will treat our belongings with the same care as their own. The apartment cannot be rented for more than 4 people, (groups of) students, pets, (indoor) smokers. For children < 10 years in consultation. Both the apartment and the complex are not very suitable for children. Strict rules apply to both swimming pools and use of the wellness is allowed from the age of 16.

Unfortunately, the swimming pools are currently closed due to the extreme drought that has prevailed in southern Spain since last year. By order of the government, swimming pools may no longer be refilled; this applies to the entire region. It is not known how long this will last.
