Our detached house is in La Cabuzana, an exclusive residential area just a few minutes by car or bicycle from the beach and the center of Vera. Through the sliding gate you have access to park the car (s).
In addition, you will find the walkway, where a number of steps lead to the covered, shaded terrace at the front with unobstructed views all around, about 2 km you can even see the sea. Through the front door you enter the hall with double doors to the living-dining room. This is furnished with a spacious seating area, a dining table and also has a gas fireplace. Sliding doors at the rear give access to the pool terrace.
In addition to a spacious fully fitted kitchen, there is also a double bedroom with fixed cupboard and a bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor. The upper floor consists of 2 double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, with the master bedroom having an additional extension. From the landing you have access to the second bathroom with walk-in shower and the sunny roof terrace. Of course there is a washing machine and a dryer for longer stays downstairs in the basement.
There are several terraces around the villa. On the side a terrace with fixed outside table and bbq under a sun screen and at the rear a small terrace with awning. There is a private swimming pool of 8x4 meters surrounded by a terrace and garden. The villa is equipped with alarm, central heating, air conditioning in the living rooms and bedrooms, mosquito nets in all windows and doors, satellite TV and internet.
