A cozy typical Spanish house with different places around the house to enjoy the sun and your privacy. It has a great view over the Mediterranean Sea and the port of Palamós and it is fully equipped.

The house is located in Calonge on Spain's Costa Brava, near Girona and an hour's drive from Barcelona.

There are several nice places around the house to enjoy the sun and the view. You can sit in and out of the shade in almost all places. Parking in front of the door at the front of the house. The pool and all terraces are on the perfect side of the mountain so that you can enjoy the sun and your privacy all day long

The kitchen, dining room and living room are fully equipped. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms that share 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds which you can slide together. The third bedroom is a small bedroom with 2 single beds, a private small bathroom with shower and toilet. Then there is a separate accommodation under the house with a spacious bedroom, double bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet.

The municipality of Calonge consists of the medieval town of Calonge with the castle in the center and Sant Antoni de Calonge on the beach. It is located in the comarca of the Baix Empordà in Catalonia, Spain. The city is built along the rocky coastline of northern Spain. There is a boulevard that connects many neighboring towns such as Platja d'Aro, Palamós and Saint Feliu.

We are Yvonne and John. We bought this house 3 years ago after we rented it for a long time during our vacation. We are really very proud of our house in one of the most beautiful areas of Girona. We would like to share this with everyone by renting it out. We try to tackle the house a little every year and make it more beautiful and complete. The house is located on the mountain in Calonge and you can enjoy the beautiful view and tranquility.

Explanation of prices

The check-in and check-out day is Saturday. arrival from Saturday 16.00 and departure on Saturday no later than 11.00. In consultation and where possible, we want to think along if, for example, this does not suit your flight.
The price is per week with a minimum stay of 1 week and a maximum of 4 weeks.

We unfortunately do not allow groups with only young people in our house.
Pets in consultation.
Bed linen and towels are provided (at no extra cost).

Payment and cancellation conditions Reservation is final when 30% of the rent and the full deposit has been paid. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 1 month before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation no later than 2 months before the arrival date, a full refund will be made.
If canceled up to 1 month before arrival date, 70% of the amount of the rent will be waived. The deposit is refundable.
In case of cancellation after 1 month before the arrival date, the full amount of the rent is due.
If the reservation has to be canceled due to general government measures, the entire amount will be refunded.
