This apartment is located in a gated community with a communal pool.
You can park both inside and outside the gate. We prefer to park outside the gate so that you can get in faster. You can even easily travel by public transport.
Within walking distance you have a number of bars, cafes/restaurants, but above all a beautiful salt lake where you can enjoy the surroundings floating in the water.
It is also good for your skin for eczema, for example.

At a 5-minute drive you will come across the Habaneras Shopping Center with the most famous shops.

At a 7-minute drive you are already in the center of Torrevieja with a beautiful boulevard, nice stalls, a fair, restaurants, shops, nightlife and sun, sea and beach.

Torrevieja is a 40 minute drive from the airport in Alicante. During your ride you will see the flamingos in the water and beautiful mountains.

Torrvieja is also known for its healthy air quality.

Near Torrevieja is also the well-known town of Orihuela Costa where there is a shopping center called La Zenia.
