Casa Rafol is located in Rafol 'd Almunia, near Denia, on the edge of the Orba valley (famous for its citrus fruit). The airport of both Alicante and Valencia is more than an hour's drive away and it takes fifteen minutes to get to the sea. In the immediate vicinity you will find all kinds of picturesque Spanish (coastal) towns such as Moraira, Javea, Altea and the beautiful Jalon valley, all with the finest restaurants. Within a distance of 10 km are the large Shopping Mall of Ondara as well as the towns of Denia, Orba and Pego.

Our attractive holiday home (of high quality) is part of a small urbanization and offers a beautiful sea view from all areas! It is located at the end of a dead-end road and next to a green area, which gives you optimal privacy. Directly off the living room there is a spacious terrace where you can enjoy a great view. There is also a lovely communal swimming pool . The house is completely new and equipped with every comfort, including a dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, oven and washing machine. There is air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms!
Casa Rafol is located against a mountain and the two-storey house has the following layout:

Ground floor: entrance, lovely master bedroom with bathroom en suite, 2 large bedrooms with a 2nd bathroom;
Top floor : living area with a living room, kitchen with brand new appliances, utility room with washing machine and large terrace.
The communal swimming pool is close to the casa, with stairs up. There is a private, large parking lot directly at the house.

We live in Central Brabant ourselves. We have been coming to beautiful Spain since 2015 and have become very attached to the beautiful weather, the nice people, beautiful nature and the delicious food.
In addition to the periods that we stay at Casa Rafol, we also want our guests to enjoy it and feel at home and welcome in our lovely house.

Explanation of prices

Mentioned prices include electricity up to 100 kWh. weekly. Above that we charge 0.45 cents per Kwh (based on meter reading).

In the months of June to September, arrival is only possible at the weekend. In all other months we certainly want to think along with our guests in arrival and departure days.

The months of January to March are listed here as weekly prices, our choice is to rent out our casa per month.
