We have been residents on the Costa Blanca South in Spain for more than 22 years and are also a partner project developer of this very popular project "Villamartín Gardens" in Orihuela Costa (Alicante).
Thanks to our experience, we know the entire area inside and out and know that a good location is very important for anyone who stays here for a short or longer period of time.

Explanation of prices

Minimum stay 7 nights and maximum occupancy 4 people.
Pets not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Rental price 100 euros/night (in June, July and August 120 euros/night).
Booking conditions: 30% of the rental price upon reservation. Minimum 3 weeks before the start of the rental period: 70% rental price + mandatory cleaning 90 euros + deposit 400 euros.
Cancellation policy: cancellation minimum 2 months before the start of the rental period, total refund of reservation amount. Cancellation at least 1 month before the start of the rental period, 50% refund of reservation amount.
We also rent long term. Ask our rates for a minimum stay of 1 month............possibly permanent residence.
