Casa Leyen is unique and you will notice that as soon as you step inside. Our house has a fantastic private side terrace of no less than 90m2! We have furnished this as an outdoor living room, where you can enjoy your holiday completely privately and undisturbed. Want to relax? Want to have a drink in the wine corner? A game of table tennis? Would you like to eat and have a drink at the outdoor table? Everything is possible here! Please note: the size of the house itself is 60m2.

Roof terrace
The communal swimming pool is located on the rooftop of the small complex. The swimming pool is shared with three other homes. You also have your own roof terrace of 60m2. From the rooftop you can look out over the beautiful coastal area and enjoy the unique view including sunset.

The house is equipped with all luxurious amenities and has a modern appearance. In the living room you can enjoy dining at the modern round dining table. Or maybe flop on the couch and watch Netflix after a long day. That's no problem either. The house has an excellent WIFI connection and a Samsung smart TV. On the Smart TV it is possible to stream various apps from the mobile phone (Netflix, DISNEY+. NPO, Ziggo, KPN, Videoland, YouTube, etc.) There are no channel transmitters.
kitchen
The house has an extensive kitchen with luxury equipment (electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) and you cook electrically in the house. There are also all kinds of appliances available (blender, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, etc.).

Bedrooms
The house has two bedrooms, which are located next to each other. Both bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes. This way you can neatly store all your belongings. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. The living room has a sofa bed suitable for two people.

Bathroom
Our house has one bathroom with washing machine that you can use.

General
The house is located on the first floor and accessible by elevator or stairs. It is not entirely unimportant that you can park for free in front of the door on the public road.

Of course we also thought about the children. There is a separate play area with kitchen, table, chair, drawing supplies and other children's toys. The travel cot has an extra booster seat and a changing board for the little ones. Of course, there is also a high chair available.

Environment
There are many cozy restaurants, wine bars and several supermarkets less than 50 meters from the house. The large supermarkets, bakeries and shops are approximately 1 km away. The large open-air shopping center ''La Zenia Boulevard'' is 9 minutes away by car. Here you will find the top shops, a food court, cinema and even a game hall for the kids. So after an afternoon of shopping you can enjoy a glass of wine, eat a hamburger or watch a movie.

Orihuela Costa is easily accessible via Alicante airport. It is located in the far south of the Costa Blanca. Each seaside resort of Orihuela Costa has its own charm. There is a wide choice of delicious Spanish restaurants and several bars with beautiful views of the golden beach and blue sea. For the golf enthusiasts among us...
