Welcome to Casa Contigo. The villa is located in a free and quiet urbanization on a plot of over 650m2 with beautiful views over the orange valley of Orba. The villa is a few minutes walk from the village of Orba. The authentic Spanish village has all amenities such as a large supermarket, several cozy bars and restaurants (Spanish and Italian), sports facilities (tennis, padel, playground, public swimming pool) and various shops.
The villa is ideally located for discovering the Costa Blanca, enjoying a day at one of the beautiful beaches or bays, doing water sports or cycling / walking through the hills and mountains. It is a 20 minute drive to the town and sandy beaches of Denia. The beautiful beaches, coves and villages of Javea, Moraira, Altea and Calpe are 30-35 minutes away.
Casa Contigo is a detached house with a private parking space. The house has a spacious living-dining room and open kitchen equipped with all the usual appliances (dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, electric hob, Nespresso, kettle). The master bedroom and 1st bathroom with shower and toilet can also be found on this floor.
The cozy living room is equipped with a smart TV and WiFi. From the living room there is access to the terrace, which offers a view over the beautiful valley. A wonderful place to start the day with breakfast or to watch the sun disappear under the mountains in the evening. From the living room a staircase also goes down where there are 2 more double bedrooms and a bathroom (shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer). From the bedrooms you look out over the pool towards the mountains and the valley.
On the ground floor at the back of the villa is a lovely garden with outdoor kitchen and private swimming pool (8x4m). There is also an outdoor shower and a storage room. The outdoor kitchen has a dining table with comfortable chairs and there are 2 sunbeds for the pool. There is a built-in BBQ in the outdoor kitchen. Moreover, the garden offers complete privacy!
All areas in the villa are air-conditioned and the bedrooms also have a ceiling fan.
