Villa Sol Naciente is a modern detached luxury villa consisting of two floors and is perfect for a stay with two families, for example. The Dutch owners have finished the villa down to the last detail, beautiful kitchen, cozy living room and wonderful beds in the bedrooms. You will immediately feel at home in this holiday home.

It is also nice outside, lots of space and a private swimming pool . Villa Sol Naciente has a fantastic location in Moraira, a short walk from restaurants, bars, shops, gym, supermarket and a nice rocky bay where snorkeling is great.

Inside Villa Sol Naciente
The spaces in the villa are spacious and open. The living room has large sliding doors to the swimming pool and you can then walk straight onto the spacious pool terrace. The luxurious open kitchen has all modern conveniences. In addition to a coffee maker (filter), there is also a Nespresso machine (Krups) with milk frother. From the kitchen there is quick access to a nice covered terrace with a spacious dining area.

From the living room/kitchen you walk into the spacious hall where there is a separate toilet. The living room/kitchen is equipped with a Sonos system . There are 3 bedrooms here, all of which have an en suite bathroom. The first bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with shower and sink, the toilet is located right opposite the door in the hall. The other two bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with rain shower, toilet and sink. From these rooms you have direct access to the pool terrace. All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. There are 2 hairdryers available. On the top floor there is another spacious bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. From the hall you reach the roof terrace from which you have a beautiful view of the sea . This is the ideal place to watch the sun go down with a drink.

Outside at Villa Sol Naciente
Outside there is the spacious terrace with lounge area and 6 comfortable sun beds around the pool. New is the roof over the house with a (second) dining area outside, so you can enjoy dinner by the pool in the shade. The garden of Villa Sol Naciente is beautifully landscaped with beautiful plants. There is access to the plot/villa via an electrically opened gate. There is room for 2 cars on site. There is additional parking available in the dead-end street adjacent to the villa's garden. There is a good, large barbecue available.

Particularities
- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is permitted on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with the previous/next
bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.
- Minimum stay 7 nights.
