8. Cancellation

The Renter can cancel the rental agreement in writing up to 60 days before the start of the rental period. In the event of cancellation by the Tenant, the down payment remains with the Booking Agent. If the cancellation is made within the 60-day period preceding the rental period, the Renter will owe the Lessor the full rental amount.
