The detached villa with a private pool, is located on a quiet, dead-end street on 800 m2 of private land, and has space for parking on site. Around the villa there are several terraces, both sunny and shady, surrounded by trees. The house is located within walking distance of a pleasant beach and the center of Moraira.
The attractively furnished house has a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is fully equipped and is suitable for occupancy by four people, including an internet connection, a washing machine and satellite flat screen TV with all Dutch and Belgian channels. The villa has a modern kitchen with a hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave/grill/oven, excellent cooking and eating utensils, etc.

When it may cool off in the early spring or late autumn in the evening, you can light the pellet stove to heat the house. In addition, each room is equipped with an electric air conditioner. In the summer the house is nice and cool and the air conditioning hardly needs to be used.
