This charming holiday home with private swimming pool is located in a quiet residential area in a unique location in Moraira. The villa has 3 bedrooms for 6 people and is ideal for a family holiday in the sun.

The house is within walking distance of the beaches of Moraira. Golfers can play all year round with beautiful views of the sea and the famous rock of Calpe. At 200 meters you will find restaurants, general services and the city center. The beautiful surroundings are ideal for beautiful excursions, for example to one of the most beautiful white villages in Spain, Altea (30 km) or to Guadalest (50 km), a tourist attraction of the Costa Blanca.

This holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. The house has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace can be opened or completely closed with sliding windows, making it very pleasant in spring and autumn. It also has a table tennis table, garden furniture and sun loungers.

Important information: Someone will be present at check-in.
Check-in is from 4 p.m. or an earlier time if possible.
Check-out on the day of departure is no later than 10 am.

We have been visiting this beautiful area since 2017. This year we decided to stay here longer and are helping friends and family rent out their homes in the area.
The "island" feeling, the wide variety of beaches, the green hills and the wonderful climate make this area our home.

Explanation of prices

Prices for the accommodation do not include cleaning costs and bed linen/towels, which will be charged separately.

Cancellation policy:
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
