This is what you call a place that you discover by hearsay. It's nice on a small scale! Holiday home Casa Hamaca is well maintained and consists of two floors. Casa Hamaca is a semi-detached holiday home and also a corner house. A little further away (really close, but just far enough not to be a nuisance) is the spacious communal swimming pool. For an occupancy of max. 4 people you will stay in the attractive upstairs apartment. If you would like to stay in this unique casa with the whole family or a group of friends, the ground floor apartment will also be opened. Casa Hamaca is perfect for 1 or 2 families or for a group that wants some extra privacy.

Upstairs apartment
Upon entering the upstairs apartment of Casa Hamaca you will find the cozy living room with an open kitchen which is equipped with a dishwasher , oven and microwave. The TV in the living room has Dutch channels. Good WiFi, there is fiber optic available so the internet works very well. Bedroom 1: a double bed and air conditioning. Bedroom 2: twin beds. There is a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Safe available. From the living room with French doors you reach the terrace with a nice cozy lounge area. You can walk down from the terrace. You will then find yourself in the garden with sunbeds and a hammock under the beautiful palm tree . On the side of the house is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue .

Ground floor apartment
The living room is furnished with a small television, dining table and a kitchenette with a 2-burner electric hob and refrigerator. Bedroom 1: a double bed.Bedroom 2: two separate beds. The bedrooms are very spacious and have plenty of closet space. Both bedrooms share the large modern bathroom with shower, toilet and two washbasins. The ground floor apartment has air conditioning, which can provide the entire floor with cool air during hot days. Through the French doors in the living room you reach the terrace, overlooking the beautiful garden. If you rent the house with 2 to 4 people, the ground floor will remain closed.

Outdoor living
The outdoor life at Casa Hamaca is great. From your terrace with outdoor kitchen and barbecue you look out over the beautiful garden. In the garden there are sunbeds and a hammock under the palm. To cool off, take a dip in the communal swimming pool, which you share with the other houses (10) in the park.

Practical information
Particularities
– Stay at least 7 nights.
– Arrival and departure day is preferably on Saturday. Other days by arrangement.
– In the period from July to August we use Saturday as a fixed arrival and departure day.

A surcharge applies when using the ground floor apartment and it is not available for rent in the period November to April.

Deposit
A deposit of €250 applies for Casa Hamaca. The deposit is paid via a secure payment link that you will receive by email 2 weeks before arrival. The amount will be reserved on your credit card but will not be debited (if no damage has been found). This deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The reservation on your card will be a maximum of 21 days.

Winter rental
Casa Hamaca is suitable for a winter stay. Winter rental applies from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas). Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, whereby interim cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is mandatory. For the latest rates and availability, please contact us.
