Ca la Bahía is a stylishly renovated holiday home in a beautiful location on the Costa Blanca: in El Portet, Moraira. From the spacious terrace you look out over the sea, the bay of El Portet and the green surroundings. The house is located in a quiet area, with lots of privacy and is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. With a roof terrace, garden at the front and rear of the house, there is sun from early in the morning until evening.

The large communal pool (normal and paddling pool) is shared with only 14 houses which are very little occupied. Due to the location of the house, you have a lot of privacy and at the same time you are directly at the pool from the garden. From the sunbeds in the backyard you have a perfect view of the pool.

The house comfortably accommodates 5 people, with 3 nice bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and an extra toilet. The sleeping quarters are located on the ground floor, which keeps them extra cool in the warm summer months. On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen, with an adjacent dining table. You have a view of the sea from the dining table.

The attractive living room leads to the sunny terrace. The terrace overlooks the sea and has sun from early morning. Great to start the day here with breakfast! The awning ensures that the terrace is also a nice place to sit on very hot days. You can round off the evenings with a barbecue on the terrace.

The soft tones, natural materials and plants provide an atmospheric, soothing atmosphere. Ca la Bahía was renovated in 2021 and equipped with every comfort and fully equipped. You will quickly feel at home here!

Relax on one of the sunbeds in the garden and enjoy the Spanish sun, take a refreshing dip in the pool and round off the day with a drink on the terrace. The location of Ca la Bahía is also ideal: you are within 3 minutes' drive of the turquoise blue sea and the beautiful bay of El Portet. The bustling towns and villages such as Moraira, Jávea and Benissa are also nearby.
