The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath.
The 2 other bedrooms can use the 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower.
There is a raised terrace with table and chairs overlooking the communal swimming pool.
The pool is minimally used by the other residents. So there is absolutely no crowds or noise.

If less sun is desired , canopies are provided to create a shady space .
There is also a spacious terrace with table and chairs at the front of the house. Here you can enjoy the setting sun, also equipped with an awning (electric).
