After purchasing it in 2013, the house was radically renovated and renovated. However, we have brought back a number of Spanish elements, such as the old, typical Spanish doors, the beamed ceiling in the upstairs living room and terra cotta tiles throughout the house and outside on the terrace. This is all combined with modern elements such as a statue of a local. but internationally known artist and several modern paintings.

Our house in Javea is not just a holiday home, but fully equipped!
There is a swimming pool, 6 person jacuzzi on the roof terrace, a Weber and a more modern BBQ, a pizza oven and 2 complete and well-equipped kitchens, one indoors and one outdoors.
From the roof terrace and from the naja adjacent to the living/dining room we have a spectacular view over the Mediterranean Sea and the bay of Javea.

There are 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In the living room downstairs there is a comfortable double sofa bed.

Each room has its own air conditioning.

In the living/dining room there is also a beautiful see-through gas fireplace.

There are many places to lie or sit in or out of the sun, something for everyone!
