In the cozy town of Calpe on the Costa Blanca we have an apartment that we want to offer for rent.
It is located in the Calpe Bay building, in the center of Calpe.
Accessible by elevator on the third floor
There is also a private parking space in the parking garage under the apartment.

The historic center is a two-minute walk away and the beautiful sandy beaches are a ten-minute walk away.
Supermarket and restaurants can also be found in the same street.
The apartment has a modern design for four people.
With a south-facing terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long.
In the living room you are fully equipped including a 65 inch smart TV. With Dutch channels and sports channels.
The apartment is equipped for four people and is fully furnished
Includes bed linen.
There are two bedrooms, each with two comfortable single beds 90x200 cm.
And also there are two bathrooms.
We do not smoke and that is therefore not allowed.
Just like pets.
Super fast WiFi is free to use.
It is equipped with an economical one for heating or cooling

The apartment is rented from Aug 6 to Aug 26
and from Nov. 1 to March 1, 2024

Overwinterers rate in the period Oct to Jun 800 euros per month.
Minimum for this price is then three months.

Deposit 300 euros, final cleaning 75 euros

I can pick you up or drop you off at Alicante airport
for 75 euros.
